HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT COMPANY: CORPORATE LEADERSHIP

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT COMPANY: CORPORATE LEADERSHIP

LEADERSHIP

Make sure the company is legit. You do this by looking for a physical address. Google the address. Once you’re able to verify the business is legit research the companies leadership. In the video above I point out the positives and the negatives based on what I can find online. In the age that we live in, I believe all business professionals should have their own personal online identity that builds know like, trust and credibility.  I respect the CEOs of companies who do. I respect a person’s professionally branded website over a social media profile that is always a plus.

The search engine is first and social media second. All I want to know is if these people are real. If there is any content good or bad I look into it. If it’s good positive information great. Bad or negative information associated will take away points.

The first 2 leaders come from the company called Le-vel this is a health and wellness company that has been changing the industry with their technology-driven products.

IDENTIFY THE RED FLAGS

If you’re not educated or trained it can be hard to know exactly what to look for. You can’t believe every bad report because there are a lot of fraudulent and false reports that are deliberate lies. I could take you through some threads that are clearly fake. I can also take you through some that are true. In some cases, I could have a hard time being able to identify the red flags. It all comes down to how well they position certain information.

The second group of leaders comes from the company called IML (IMarketsLive)

Wow, very informative article for sure back in the day when I was joining companies left and right. All based on hype, of course, I never knew to do all of this research. I joined due to all the commotion that was going on surrounding the hottest company at the time — yeah looking back on it now what a stupid idea or logic that was to use to determined what company to join.

With that said the company that you were looking for in the video was Vemma. I know that because someone tried to recruit me into that company and I was blessed because I didn’t have the money to join.
